municipal service areas and providing for voter approval of the                
formation, alteration, or abolishment of certain service areas was             
read the second time.                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Tim Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                
the adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Senate                      
Committee Substitute offered on page 3220. Without objection,                  
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 133(CRA) was                               
adopted and read the second time.
